The Clinical Director of Obstetrics will oversee staff scheduling and patient care for
Post Partum/Mother-Baby/Labor and Delivery units. This role will facilitate patient/family education; conduct routine patient rounds; oversee departmental budgets and payroll; participate in staff recruitment, orientation, development and retention efforts; and direct/oversee the service line to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Graduation from an approved school of nursing
Three years of experience in Obstetrics nursing with at least one year in a supervisory role
Current RN licensure or eligibility in the State of North Carolina, or a multi-state nursing license from a participating state in the NLC
