Holy Redeemer is a community-based integrated health and social service delivery system sponsored by the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer with locations in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties in PA and with home care locations in several counties in NJ. This position is based out of Holy Redeemer Hospital which is located in Meadowbrook, PA just outside of Northeast Philadelphia.
This position is responsible for the overall management, clinical leadership or interaction with clinical leadership, operations and financial affairs of the Holy Redeemer Cancer Program which includes the Cancer Center and its related education, screening and patient care programs (oncology and Breast Health Program); Cancer Registry; Radiation Therapy Services; Medical Oncology Unit, and the Institutional Review Board. Assures that all services are offered in compliance with the legal, regulatory and professional standards of the oncology community and are consistent with the Mission and Values of the Sisters of the Holy Redeemer.

Masters degree in business management, nursing, health administration or related field and 2 to 3 years management experience or a Bachelors degree in business management, nursing, health administration or a related field and 3 to 5 years management experience. PA licensed RN highly desirable.A strong understanding of the clinical issues involved with the care of cancer patients and their families is required either through clinical practice or prior management of a cancer program or similar clinical program. Demonstrated success in program development, building physician partnerships and working collaboratively with diverse groups. Familiarity with clinical trials and research protocols including patient recruitment, data collection and analysis, and treatment protocols highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication, organization and writing skills. PC Literate.
