As such, we are seeking an experienced senior living executive to lead the redevelopment and management of our senior living portfolio and proactively lead and support our communities to ensure vibrant days and bright tomorrows where seniors can Live Vibrantly!
The senior living executive (title to be defined by experience) will be instrumental in setting the direction of senior living development by providing operational oversight and promoting operational excellent; continually fostering a commitment to exceptional senior care; managing and guiding community Executive Directors to meet tactical and strategic performance and occupancy objectives; developing and implementing strategies for achieving goals in profitability and resident and employee satisfaction; and collaborating with corporate senior management in development of senior living business plans, budgets, timelines, and operating models.
This position will require frequent travel to multiple states.
Our ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

•Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, business administration, or related field is required. Prefer candidate with additional training in senior services/geriatrics, social services, health care, management, or related fields.
•10+ years’ experience in senior living design, development, operations and management; may include experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in a senior living community providing multiple levels of care.
•Previous supervisory and management experience in senior living or long-term care community, hospital, or health care administration.
•Prefer candidate with active, unencumbered nursing home administrator (NHA) or senior living executive director licensure/certification in states of operation or ability to meet all applicable federal and state licensing requirements prior to hire.
•Thorough knowledge and understanding of federal and state rules and regulations governing the operation, privacy and accreditation standards of assisted living and memory care communities.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
