Develops recruitment and credentialing models, processes and policies that can be implemented across the medical groups for clinic/ambulatory care physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
Develops recruitment and credentialing models, processes and policies that can be implemented across the medical groups, specifically focused on efficiency of employing clinic/ambulatory care physicians and payor contracting.
Determines the effectiveness of the models and processes through review and assessment with AMG dyad leaders and other leadership by using the appropriate survey tools.
Directs the development and implementation of practices, policies and procedures in all functional areas of the department and assures compliance with all federal/state laws and healthcare accreditating/regulatory agencies.
Serves as a subject matter expert with regard to any guidance provided to AMG dyad leaders or other levels of AMG management in recruitment and credentialing.
May direct recruitment/accreditation efforts with teams in the medical groups, including guidance to outsourced services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's Level Degree required
Masters degree preferred
Seven (7) years of combined physician recruitment and credentialing experience is required.
