WesleyLife has a unique opportunity for a successful IT leader to join our mission-focused, non-profit organization as a member of our Executive Team. As a health and wellbeing organization, WesleyLife’s networks provide a full continuum of services including traditional brick-and-mortar operations as well as home health, hospice, personal services, adult day services, transportation and home-delivered meals.
Reporting to the CFO, this position will be responsible for all information solutions strategies and results, including network administration, systems/applications management and training, EMR implementation, data management, and customer service / help desk support. He/She will be responsible for the development and implementation of an IT roadmap which aligns with WesleyLife’s strategies and supports the achievement of organizational goals. In addition, he/she will lead the Information Solutions team including responsibility for hiring, terminating, mentoring and staff development, and working cross-functionally with other departments.
The successful candidate will be a solutions-focused strategic IT leader with a proven ability to deliver effective technology strategies, equip the organization with the tools needed to do the work of the business, collaborate effectively with operations and others, and the ability to successfully manage projects which advance organizational goals and drive growth.
We are looking for a mission-focused, results-driven leader who is able to inspire the team around a shared set of expectations and outcomes, and support the team toward achieving the expectations. A minimum of 7+ years of successful and progressively expanding information technology experience is required, ideally in a health care related field. Prior leadership of a technology team is also required. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is expected. Compensation for this position is strong and relocation support will be provided.
