The Quality Data Analyst supports the general purposes of the Quality Improvement Department and the Medical Center by providing support to users through timely information to improve the quality of patient care and the financial performance of the Good Shepherd Health System (GSHS), GSMA and/or other entities as appropriate. Act as a strategic informational resource for staff by providing ongoing support, reports and data entry that meet the needs of the customer. The Quality Data Analyst is directly responsible for clinical data systems and reports utilized by the total health care system. * The Quality Data Analyst mentors and leads the Clinical Analytics team to provide advanced and complex clinical and quality data analysis for the Quality Improvement Department and others so they can achieve the quality and regulatory goals and initiatives in our Strategic Plan. This includes Midas, Comparion, Meditech, Medhost and CMS QNet system. The Quality Data Analyst develops and distributes internal and external reports that support all systems, ensuring these reports are always meaningful, accurate and timely.

The flowing banner also conveys a sense of motion as we move forward into a new era of service to our communities.
