Reports to the System Chief Operating Officer
Provide organizational support for quality and performance improvement, patient safety, and accreditation initiatives and activities, including team facilitation, data collection, data management and analysis
Promote cross-disciplinary, cross-divisionary, and cross-jurisdictional relationships
Manage SEARHC’s accreditation requirements to ensure compliance with accrediting body standards. Provide guidance to the consortium regarding credentialing issues and serve as an expert for interpretation and application of accreditation standards as they pertain to the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Health or Business Field or comparable clinical bachelor's degree with other specialized education/training in infection control or epidemiology, risk management, performance/quality improvement, and/or utilization management
Five years of health care administration or performance improvement management experience with experience supervising health care professionals
Outstanding analytical, strategic planning skills and solid business acumen; verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills (including active listening); excellent presentation and facilitation skills
