Director of Patient Experience is responsible to build, lead and maintain a culture of high performance that creates a Patient First experience built on the Mission of OSF and using relevant data, evidence and leadership methodologies across all of OSF HealthCare. This role is responsible to design and develop an organizational culture that achieves exceptional ownership and key results highlighting the OSF experience for patients and all those we serve as well as Mission Partner team members.
3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in a health care or business environment that includes a variety of services and responsibilities with demonstrated success.
MSN, MHA, Masters in Communications /Marketing, MBA or related graduate degree required.
Must possess a proven track record for delivering results in the areas of patient experience, performance management and quality improvement.
Previous experience preparing and delivering both small and large group presentations to administrators, physicians, and others or similar experience is required.
