This position will serve as a subject matter expert to our customers as well as our sales staff. Required to visit local and national customers building relationships for future test sites, whitepapers and testimonials. Research where and how our products are being used at each facility, compile pre and post install infection data, review protocols and policy documents. Develop and implement a customer support plan with these findings. Attend industry related meetings. Prepare both webinar and in person presentations for customers and sales staff. Support sales staff at industry related tradeshows, webinars and seminars.
Involved in Infection Prevention for a multi-hospital health system
Epidemiologist in health care preferred but not required
Familiar with analytics and innovative strategies
Focused on reduction of HAIs across the health system
Degree in Biology or related science
CIC Certification in Infection Control and Epidemiology preferred but not required
Publications and presentations in the fields of infectious disease and epidemiological research methodology
