Children’s Colorado is currently recruiting for a Senior PFX Talent Development Consultant. This position will help define our patient-experience strategy and leadership development priorities by designing and implementing interventions including learning program development, online and in-person training, team-level development and individual coaching.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development is required, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Equivalency: Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in corporate training or organizational development may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
Master's degree in instructional design, training and development, education, or related field
Certified Patient Experience Professional and/or Coaching Certification
Two (2) years of experience in patient experience training design and development preferred.
