The Peer Review Analyst is responsible for timely and appropriate peer review under the direction of the Quality Director. The Peer Review Analyst is also responsible for assisting the Risk Management/Discharge Education Unit Director, Medical Staff Director and Quality Director with incidents that require intense analysis and ensure a timely and appropriate follow-through that meets regulatory agency requirements. Qualifications: BSN or Bachelors in healthcare related field or equivalent CPHQ preferred Strong clinical background in acute care facility Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate well Experience in peer review activities desired This position requires the candidate to: display a willingness to cooperate with others by providing timely, relevant and accurate information or assistance as requested.
