Administrative Director Radiation Oncology - UF Health Shands Hospital

The Administrative Director Radiation Oncology will be responsible for the management of the administrative functions of the Radiation Oncology Department of UF Health Shands Hospital and the UF Health Physicians for Radiation Oncology, including administrative coordination for Radiation Oncology faculty and house staff.
Reporting to the Director Pharmacy and Operations & Chair Radiation Oncology, the chosen candidate will bring servant leadership orientation, dedication to patient care, strategic vision, diplomatic skills and energy necessary to make a decisive impact to advance the hospital to the next level of growth and accomplishment, with proven ability to provide superb leadership for a well trained staff of professionals. Master’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Health Administration required.
A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in radiation oncology department and/or physician practice environment is essential.
Experience working in an Academic Medical Center is strongly preferred.
