Participates in identifying and scoping technical solutions and client integrations for both front-end and back-end HRCM services. Manages development, testing and implementation of technical solutions. Coordinates major deliverables with clients, internal business units, Conifer IS, and external vendors, when applicable. Ensures alignment between technical solution and business requirements for each system implementation and manages day to day project activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participates in identifying and scoping technical solutions and client integrations for both front-end and back-end HRCM services. Reviews system requests on behalf of business units. Serves as primary functional and technical point of contact to business units and Conifer IS or other project stakeholders.
Manages development, testing and implementation of technical solutions. Ability to successfully integrate client technology, support growth of clients, and ensure client technology integrations are aligned to business goals.
Coordinates major deliverables with clients, internal business units, Conifer IS, and external vendors, when applicable.
Ensures alignment between technical solution and business requirements for each system implementation and manages day to day project activities. Facilitate communication between client and Conifer stakeholders. Manage client and Conifer stakeholder expectations for technical tasks and deliverables.

Understands workflow and process needs for various departments
General understanding of Revenue Cycle process in a healthcare setting
Excellent grammar and writing skills
Must have good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
Able to work independently with little supervision
Able to communicate with all levels of management
Must have general computer skills and be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio Process Mapping, Pivot Tables and Project Plans
Effective influencing and negotiating skills
Business Analyst and/or Technical Project Management skills/knowledge
Thorough understanding of system implementation and integration concepts
Previous participation in complex system implementation and integration projects
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
4 year college degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or IT
Healthcare experience in a hospital or business office is beneficial
