| The Performance Analyst is responsible and accountable for ensuring Joint Commission Standards for Focused Practitioner Performance Evaluation, " FPPE" and Ongoing Practitioner Performance Evaluation, "OPPE" and EBM are monitored both concurrently and retrospectively with respect to the clinical relevance of all data abstracted from the Crimson application or any other systems utilized by the Medical Staff Services Department and the Quality Department. In addition they are responsible for compliance and accreditation results by educating both the hospital and medical staff on how to achieve maximum compliance of EBM, FPPE and OPPE standards that will ensure that the patients at St. Marys� Medical Center receive safe quality care. Performance Analyst will also support the organization to ensure continued readiness and compliance with regulatory agency standards.
