As a member of the CHRISTUS HR Shared Services Team, the HRIS Application Administrator will report directly to the Director of HR Shared Services-Compensation. This position will actively ensure knowledge management processes and practices are maintained throughout CHRISTUS HR Shared Services and that new information (e.g. policy changes) is appropriately documented in knowledge management databases. It was also support and administer the applications involved in the ServiceNow platform and the integration between Infor and ServiceNow.
ServiceNow -- Infor Management
Load, manipulate and maintain data between ADP and Servicenow
Create Servicenow reports and dashboards
General support, administration and maintenance of SN platform and associated applications.
Work closely with functional team, configure and improve core and custom applications.
Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within Servicenow
Ensure that user feedback is incorporated into Case Management
Create and Maintain record producers (what will contain, catalogs, description, variables, catalog scripts, catalog ui policies, user criteria)
Partners with CHRISTUS HR Shared Services team members and rest of HR to document policies and procedures for all services transitioning to CHRISTUS HR Shared Services.
Maintains the knowledge management database
Responsible for establishing knowledge management processes and procedures and ensuring they are executed appropriately
Partners with CHRISTUS HR Shared Services leaders and HRLT to ensure new policies and procedures are documented
Assists with the creation and maintenance of knowledge management training content
Works with multi-functional HR teams and leadership to develop, execute and complete selected improvement projects impacting knowledge management. Success on these projects will be measured as follows:
