The Manager, Compliance Systems and Analytics is the compliance leader responsible for the implementation and administration of the enterprise-wide governance, risk and compliance software solution. The Manager, Compliance Systems and Analytics will apply project management, process improvement, solution development, analytical, and communication skills to add value to the Ethics and Compliance programhrough expanded use of technology. The Manager, Compliance Systems and Analytics will be responsible for optimizing incident management processes to better serve both internal and external clients by reducing overall compliance risk. In addition, the Manager, Compliance Systems and Analytics will be responsible for developing and managing the Ethics and Compliance programï¿½s business insights capability to enable Compliance leaders to quickly identify and address compliance matter trends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administers the enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance software by:
Developing and optimizing relevant workflows,
Identifying, implementing and enhancing needed data fields;
Maintaining data integrity;
Optimizing system functionality;
Managing user access;
Creating applicable forms and templates;
Formulating routine and non-routine metric reporting capabilities;
Managing change management processes;
Managing, and authoring where necessary, system support policies and procedures;
Co-chairing a Project Steering Committee to ensure system use is consistent with organizational strategy;
Expanding on system functionality as warranted by organizational opportunities; and
Collaborating with third party vendors providing system support to ensure maximum potential system use for the organization.
Enhance Ethics and Compliance Department analytics function by:
Evaluating industry trends to ensure compliance business insights and data analytics are in line with best practices;
Leading cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities;
Building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key compliance functions;
Overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze compliance matter metrics and key performance indicators;
Overseeing data and report request process by tracking requests and advising on prioritization and approval; and
Developing and implementing quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborates with Ethics and Compliance Department leadership and other stakeholders within the organization to identify and implement technical solutions to improve overall program efficiency and effectiveness.
Supports internal and external client relationships by developing key metrics and reports using the compliance management system and facilitating communication initiatives.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
3-5 years of progressive experience in analytics, technology, healthcare, and/or business required.
Experience working with Compliance 360 software strongly preferred.
Bachelorï¿½s degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, business, , or related field or equivalent experience.
Include minimum certification required to perform the job.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
