Under the general direction of the supervisor (a Director, Executive Director, or VP), manage the installation, operation, support and maintenance of multiple stand-alone and integrated computing systems for the Information Services (IS) department directly related to Managed Care systems. Serve as the resource for the strategic direction of application software and general automation support of business processes as it relates to managed care tools and work flows. Plan, budget, propose, and advocate system upgrades, replacements and additions that support the business plans of the organization.
