The Registered Nurse Transition to Practice (TTP) Coordinator is a registered professional nurse who will establish a 12-month program curriculum centered in management and delivery of quality and equitable care, professional role, and leadership development targeting the new RN out of their training program or who have less than one year of experience. The RN will collaborate with nursing leadership on selection of RN TTP residents, program development, implementation, progress and evaluation.
