- Provide wholistic care for patients that extends to the spiritual level by praying with patients and families. Chaplains are available to meet with patients, families and team members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide spiritual support.
- Help develop a brand new $150 million community hospital and medical office building that will provide services such as Medical/Surgical, ICU, Women’s Services, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Interventional Cardiology and Gastroenterology.

Work Hours/Shift: Full Time You Will Be Responsible For: - Implements strategic marketing plans within established or adjusted budget and time parameters; follows compliance guidelines and processes for advertising activities
- Acts as liaison for clients (physicians) between internal and external resources and team members to implement marketing projects and support advertising campaigns
- Effectively coordinates internal and external campaigns and events, as well as utilizes resources and team members to fully implement marketing initiatives
- Concept and deploy content for practice websites and social media sites
- Maintains digital presence and online reputation with Google, Healthgrades and other applicable platforms
- Actively seeks out community involvement opportunities that benefit each employed physician’s specific specialties or services
- Plans and coordinates special events/screenings in order to meet goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms to track the impact of marketing activities. Tracks, monitors and reconciles quarterly return on investment reports. Understands effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Works effectively with creative and external vendors for timely and cost-effective job production/project completion
- Contributes to overall effectiveness of the marketing department through active involvement and participation in staff meetings, marketing team meetings, task teams, and special department activities
- Contributes new ideas and strategies to improve marketing objectives and drive new business to THM practices, with focus on profitability, capacity, and payer mix
Qualifications
What You Will Need: - Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in marketing, public relations or communications is required.
- 3+ years of experience in the marketing field with proven results is required.
- Outgoing, self-starter, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; strong communication and computer skills required
- Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements.
Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing marketing, advertising, community relations and event planning for Texas Health Mansfield. This individual will be responsible for implementation and marketing support for the department, while adhering to budget and timeline expectations and will assist with planning and execution of marketing strategies as identified by the Marketing Manager.
