JOB SUMMARY
This position is an entry level position responsible for clerical duties with in the Health Information Management department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Dual facility processes on the items below�adaptability a must
? Reconcile daily discharges
? Preparation, Scanning, and Quality Review for uploading documentation into EHR
? Access Scanning System and EHR for data entry and retrieval
? Research and upload loose documentation into the EHR
? Update and monitor department and/or individual tracking spreadsheets
? Answer phones in timely manner
? Specially assigned projects and reporting
? Ensure the privacy and security of patient information
