The Coordinator, Learning & Professional Development (LPD) will serve as operational and administrative support for and contribute to the strategic development of the LPD efforts of The Beryl Institute. This role will ensure consistent service, tracking and support of all learning events and programs to provide a seamless and supportive experience for all participants.
REPORTS TO Director, Learning & Professional Development, The Beryl Institute
LOCATION Dallas/Fort Worth, TX or Nashville, TN (Virtual position – will work remotely with periodic in-person meetings)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibilities include the following, with other duties that may be assigned as the role develops.
Provide Customer Service
Answer inquires and provide general support
Maintain PX Learning inbox
Support Learning Programs & Events
Manage and monitor program & event registration
Communicate program & event information and updates
Provide faculty support for live programs
Serve as technology back-up
Contribute to learning & professional development strategy development
Manage Body of Knowledge Program Logistics
Train users on learning management system
Maintain schedule for all certificate programs
Monitor progress/requirements of certificate participants
Manage program completion certificates (coordination with production vendor)
Support Content Planning Process for ELEVATE PX, the Global Patient Experience Event
Coordinate/support call for submissions process (program review and selection)
Manage continuing education application/documents
Experience in a learning and professional development environment or related education preferred
Strong organization and time management skills
Proactive self-starter with the ability to take on and lead tasks without instruction
Attention to detail and a commitment to service and responsiveness
Comfort in a virtual office environment with the self-discipline to manage daily priorities
Computer/technology skills – MS Office/Outlook, Video/Audio Conferencing
