Clinical Nurse Leader
The Intensive Care Unit Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) is a Master's prepared, registered nurse that functions as a generalist with advanced knowledge and skills to provide clinical coordination and oversight for their patient population. The CNL is primarily responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct and indirect nursing care, and identifying outcomes for patients in his/her assigned area.
