Speech Pathologist HH
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Home Health Director, provides quality speech pathology service in patient's home as ordered by physician through evaluation of patients and provide the prescribed treatment to restore function and prevent disability. EXPERIENCE: Two to four years recent experience in acute care, rehab or home health preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Computer skills and experience using vital stim. OTHER: Current driver's license, auto insurance, observational skills, knowledge of speech therapy process and ability to function independently in the home. LICENSE/CERT: Required: SLP (Speech Language Pathologist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association) EDUCATION: Required: Masters - Speech Lang
