Cedar Park Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is a very busy primary care clinic with 11 PACTs and multiple ancillary services on site. Our goal is to provide the best care possible to our nation's Veterans, a special and deserving patient population. PACTs are comprised of a provider, RN, LVN and AMSA (administrative) who provide all primary care needs from prevention efforts like immunizations to referrals and chronic disease management for the Veterans enrolled to them.
