Assists with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned. What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * * Two years of previous LPN experience, preferred* Current state LPN license, required* High School Diploma or GED, required* BLS through the American Heart Association, required upon hire or within 8 weeks of hire* State IV certification required within 3 months of hire or transfer, required* Knowledge in nursing and person-centered care concepts, required* Ability to demonstrate competency in the provision of individual care of patients based on the patients' assessed age and developmental needs Physical requirements:* Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
