Job DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for designing and managing high-impact training programs that align with clinical, financial, and service quality goals of the University of Maryland Medical System. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs and initiatives, ensuring they are effective, strategically aligned, and cost-efficient. Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to assess organizational needs, measure training impact, and adapt strategies to evolving priorities. Work is performed under limited supervision. Direct report to the Director, Portfolio Training Design & Development.Primary Responsibilities
