JOB SUMMARY
This Director position has responsibility for information systems activities related to Conifer's Corporate applications and Revenue Cycle Outsourcing Communications initiatives. The Director will establish product direction for Conifer's needs around client communication and internally focused applications such as the RCO Operations portal, client portal, external website and Conifer intranet. He/She will also be responsible for providing pre-sales support, including participating in sales presentations where technical expertise is required and performing IT assessments of client environments in support of proposals and implementation plans. The Director will also be responsible for executing IT implementations for Conifer clients and must be able to interact with client executive leadership effectively.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Establish direction and deliver solutions for Conifer technologies
Manage client implementations for revenue cycle outsourcing customers
Perform prospect assessments and participate in pre-sales activities for revenue cycle outsourcing functions
Provide direction for and manage resources, including staff and budget
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (Specify Revenue/Budget/Expense): $2 Million
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requires extensive healthcare revenue cycle technology experience, including integration technologies and standards (HL7).
Ability to successfully oversee numerous projects and applications simultaneously.
Must possess experience with vendor management, budget management, team building and leadership, application support, project/program management and knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required in addition to the ability to effectively develop and deliver presentations to executive leadership.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
A bachelor�s degree in business or information systems is also required.
Requires a minimum of 8 years experience in the healthcare industry
